With nearly 30 years of experience and five successful restaurants to his name, George Koulouris is a well-respected figure in Sydney’s Greek food scene. His latest venture, Souvlaki George Greek Street Food in Sans Souci, brings authentic Greek flavors to the heart of coastal southern Sydney.
Joining George in this exciting new chapter is Chef Chandan (Adoni) Panchkoti, a long-time collaborator who has worked alongside him in many of his previous restaurants. Together, they are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality Greek cuisine.
Every day, premium meats and locally sourced produce are carefully prepared to ensure each dish meets the highest standards. George has even imported state-of-the-art rotating spit technology to slow-cook meats to perfection—locking in their irresistible juiciness and flavor.
At Souvlaki George, Greek street food is elevated with signature dishes like Kontosouvli Gyros, Souvlakia, and Open Plate salad combos featuring lamb, chicken, and pork.
